Children in the 4th and 5th Grades
Fine Arts Studio
Artists in this class will explore art as their own personal language. Students learn how to stretch canvas and work with acrylics as well as explore sculpture materials in the studio. Every other week there will be an instructional lesson to help students fine tune their technical skills.
Although students are given themes and topics to think about, this class is about artistic choices. The artist may independently choose which medium to work in as well as what they are interested in expressing.
